Polyblend
The PolyBlend® systems are designed for the continuous and automatic preparation of polymers for water treatment.
Polymers are used for the purification of groundwater and surface water, wastewater, drinking water, and for water treatment. The small suspended particles in the water bind to the larger polymer chains, allowing them to be easily filtered out of the water.
The preparation of liquid polymers (polyelectrolytes) requires specifically designed energy regimes during the preparation process to achieve the correct physico-chemical state in the stock solution, ensuring that the polymer’s efficiency in the coagulation and flocculation process is maximized.
This is why the PolyBlend® systems for automated polymer preparation provide precise, programmable dosing capacity, dilution levels, residence time, and energy control. With this level of control, you can ensure that your polymers are optimally prepared and continuously receive the right polymer activation for optimal coagulation and flocculation. This maximizes the polymer’s efficiency and performance.
For the PolyBlend® systems, we can also provide storage/aging tanks with built-in mixers and connections.
