Side Entry Mixer
The Side Entry Mixers are designed for use with storage/mixing of large volumes. An example is the storage of crude oil. Due to the high flow rate, the Side Entry Mixer suspends Bottom Sludge & Water (BS&W).
The innovative and compact design of the Milton Roy SABRE® propellers ensures high efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and easy installation.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analyses are used for the configuration. The CFD models ensure that the mixer configuration is optimal, preventing dead zones. Additionally, this usually results in lower energy consumption compared to conventional solutions.
